How do I order a bespoke coat?
Message us on Instagram @miafurs.sk. Mia will personally guide you through the fur, colour, cut and measurements. Production begins only once everything is agreed.
Is the inquiry binding?
Your inquiry is non-binding. You will confirm all order details personally with Mia before production begins.
What if I do not know my size?
Mia will help you take your measurements and choose a cut during your personal consultation. Each coat can be tailored to your measurements.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production takes approximately 2 to 7 weeks, depending on the material and customisation. Let Mia know if you have a specific date in mind. Availability, fitting and delivery will be arranged personally.
Can colours and details be customised?
Yes. On-screen swatches are a guide, so you will confirm the shade with Mia. You can discuss the collar, sleeves, lining and other details during your consultation. If something does not fit after delivery, get in touch to discuss adjustments.
How should I care for my coat?
Hang it freely on a broad hanger, away from sunlight and heat. Avoid airtight plastic for long-term storage. Let a damp coat dry naturally and use a specialist cleaner. Mia will explain the care needed for your material.
